"Heather has been watching my dogs for a few years now. They have always enjoyed being with her and we were confident that they are in good hands...so confident that we asked her to transport them across the country when we moved to the East Coast!! "I can't recommend Harlow and Friends highly enough! Heather does an outstanding job in every way. She's been visiting my dachshund, Pretzel, on weekdays while I'm at work for the last 9 months. I trust her 100% with Pretzel and with my home. Heather adapted quickly and effortlessly to Pretzel's special issues--his back legs don't work and his bladder must be expressed. She happily learned how to help him go to the bathroom and how to take him for walks in his cart. I also appreciate Heather's reliability and communication. She never misses an appointment, she takes the initiative to check in about things that are unclear, and she always confirms Pretzel's appointments ahead of time. In addition, Heather is accommodating and flexible. She's been able to adjust our schedule of visits with Pretzel when it's been necessary, she's kept Pretzel for entire days and weekends when needed, and she's even taken him on special field trips on especially nice days (and sent me pictures of their trips for me to enjoy while I'm at work!). Lastly, and most importantly, Heather is just a downright good person. She's super pleasant to work with, she sincerely loves animals, and it's easy to see the bond that she and Pretzel have developed. We left our two large dogs, Wallace (a gold retriever/ lab) and Ester (our great dane) with Heather for almost 2 weeks while we were out of the country for our wedding.
